Do I need a screen?
You need a screen, but it does not have to be new. Have an Android TV? Our app runs on it for free. Any other TV works with our Player Kit ($149 one-time), which plugs into the HDMI port with your board loaded. A portrait (vertical) screen looks best.
No screen? We ship a complete portrait screen with the player built in for $749, free shipping in the lower 48. You pick your device after your board is live, so you can try it first.
How do receipts get verified?
Customers upload a photo of each receipt. The system blocks duplicate receipts and photos that were already used. Then you or your staff review each one from a phone. Nothing counts until you approve it. Or integrate with your POS to automate approval.
How long does setup take?
Most venues can be live within a week. We handle the branding, teams, and prizes. You approve the look, put the QR code on your screen, and start approving receipts.
What does it cost?
$99/month per venue, after a 14-day free trial. Nothing is charged during the trial, and you can cancel anytime.
Your plan includes up to $10,000 a month in tracked sales (the receipts you approve on your boards). Venues that track more than that are billed by usage for the amount above $10,000. Full details are in our Terms.
