These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern use of LeadRBoards, a service operated by AweDynamic LLC ("AweDynamic," "we," "us"). By using the website or the service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

LeadRBoards lets venues run team competitions. Participants join a team, upload receipts, and the venue approves them. Approved totals appear on a leaderboard in the venue.

2. Eligibility

Participants must be 21 or older and must confirm their age at sign-up. Venues may set additional rules. [Attorney to confirm.]

3. Participant rules

  • Only upload receipts for your own purchases at the participating venue.
  • Each receipt can be counted once. Duplicate receipts and reused photos are blocked.
  • The venue reviews every receipt and may approve or reject it at its discretion.
  • Fraud or abuse may result in removal from a competition and loss of any points or prizes.
  • Receipt totals count as shown on the receipt, including tax. [Confirm.]

4. Prizes

Prizes are chosen, provided, and awarded by the venue, not by AweDynamic. The venue is responsible for prize descriptions, fulfillment, and any taxes or legal requirements related to prizes. Venues may change prizes during a competition. [Attorney to review prize, contest, and promotion rules.]

5. Venue responsibilities

  • Review receipts honestly and award prizes as described.
  • Keep admin sign-in details secure.

6. Screens and equipment

Where AweDynamic supplies a screen, ownership, care, and return terms are set in the venue agreement. [Confirm.]

7. Content and license

Participants keep ownership of photos they upload and give us and the venue permission to use them to run the competition. Venues give us permission to use their name, logo, and colors to display their leaderboard.

8. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, interfere with it, try to access accounts that are not yours, or upload unlawful content.

9. Disclaimers
