This Privacy Policy explains how AweDynamic LLC ("AweDynamic," "we," "us"), which operates LeadRBoards, collects, uses, and shares information. It covers this website (leadrboards.com) and the leaderboard service we run for venues.

1. Who this policy covers

  • Venue owners and staff who contact us, sign up, or use the venue admin.
  • Participants: customers of a venue who sign up for a competition and upload receipts.
  • Website visitors to leadrboards.com.

2. Information we collect

From the Build Yours forms: name, venue name, and email (step 1), plus city, state, phone number (optional), whether you have a screen, your board design choices (competition name, style, colors, team names, and prizes), and any message you send (step 2).

From participants: name or display name, email address, [phone number, if collected], team selection, confirmation that you are 21 or older, photos of receipts, and the purchase details on those receipts (such as date, total, and store).

From venue admins: account and sign-in details, including information used for 2-step sign-in.

Automatically: basic technical data such as IP address, browser type, device type, and pages viewed. [Confirm any analytics or cookies used.]

3. How we use information

  • To run competitions, show team totals on the in-store screen, and let venues review receipts.
  • To detect and block duplicate or reused receipts and other fraud.
  • To respond to inquiries and provide support.

  • To maintain security and improve the service.

4. What appears on the in-store screen

  • With the venue running the competition, so it can review receipts, manage teams, and award prizes.
